Part 1 – Teamwork & Leadership Skills for Supervisors
Let's learn more about the art of supervision and challenges encountered daily at work. Most of us do not choose the team members we supervise. We inherit them when we get hired or they are sent to be a part of our team by human resources. As a supervisor, sometimes we inherit people that have been in their position for a long time and are just waiting to retire and sometimes we are sent team members with little or no experience and tons of questions. Middle management level supervisors are "sandwiched." Your challenge is to share the messages and directives from the top with the members of your team and motivate them to get everything done by the deadline. Attend this workshop to learn about how to cope with these challenges in today's workplace.
