Angele is an owner of Cypress Planning Group, a full-service, all women-owned meeting management Company. They assist their clients with securing hotels, negotiating contracts and room block management for events all over the world. In addition, Cypress Planning Group also provides comprehensive meeting planning, production and logistics for conferences of all sizes.  With extensive experience in the hotel industry, the Cypress Planning Group team has a unique perspective when advising their clients and partnering with suppliers. They work with a wide variety of association, corporate and leisure programs granting them access and exposure to the latest resources and trends in the meetings industry.  Angele is a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) with over 25 years of experience in the hotel business. She is an active member of LSAE, PCMA and the Alliance of Independent Meeting Planners. Angele has presented at several conference planner industry events and served on several committees. She holds a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism from the University of New Orleans.

Attend this meeting to learn more about finetuning the purpose of the meeting to provide the best possible experience.  Learn tips for developing goals and objectives for meetings that align closely with organizational strategy, how to engage stakeholders to determine feasible actions and timeframes, and develop performance measures that determine achievement toward established meeting goals.

Spread the Love Community Involvement Campaign

We will be collecting peanut butter and other non-perishable food items at this meeting for our Spread the Love Campaign and all items collected will be donated to a program serving people still impacted by Hurricane Ida, Bless Your Heart in Larose, La.  We have a special request from Bless Your Heart (https://www.facebook.com/blessyourheartnonprofit/) for socks and underpants for 4 to 10 year old children and in addition we will also be collecting individual size non-sugar snacks like cheese crackers, pretzels, drinks, sports drinks, etc. Ms. Hillary with Bless Your Heart says the youngsters still need school supplies too.  So bring items to donate at the February meeting!

There is no fee for parking at this property.
