Too often, conflict is the elephant in the room and, though there are effective ways to handle it, most people simply avoid the issue. This session will focus on 10 ways to prevent conflict and five strategies to resolve it. Participants will learn their personal style as it relates to conflict, when and how to confront others, how to communicate in conflict, and how to think and act positively to help nurture a positive workplace culture.

While most people feel comfortable using Google and social media platforms such as Facebook or Twitter, law enforcement officials see a side of the internet where criminals lurk: the dark web. Here, subjects are involved in seamy, illegal acts - child exploitation, narcotics trafficking, counterfeit software, and the exchange of restricted goods. This session will show how your personal information online can be used against you. It will cover social media, open-source information, mobile devices, and applications, and how to minimize your online digital footprint.
