Attend this meeting to learn about convention services procedures at a hotel and the types of offerings that are provided by that department and learn about the FAM Tour process for an offsite activity or event, Learn about the initial process of contacting a CVB with meeting specifications and government requirements for a meeting. Learn about the CVB lead process for hotels, setting up site inspections with pertinent hotels and once a hotel is selected how the hotel assists the planner to organize and coordinate a meeting.
