Having a foundational knowledge of generations is important to understand how diverse the various generations are. 9:30 am to 11:00 am Educational Program - Utilizing AI for Meeting Professionals presented by Garrett Wheat

With the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI), every sector of work has been asking, “Will this replace me?” AI has developed a broad range of skills, so this question is not completely irrelevant. Many AI software programs have been created to assist with the formation and development of textual, audible, and visual artifacts. However, AI should be viewed more as a tool that will help to enhance productivity, not replace employees. In this session, we’ll take a hands-on approach to look at text, audio, and visual tools to assist the meeting professional of the 21st Century!

Learning Objectives:

• Attendees will be able to recognize the various types of AI tools available.

• Attendees will demonstrate how to use all forms of AI Generative models to create content in an ethical manner.

• Attendees will understand how to leverage AI in the various job duties of a meeting professional.
